Freeside 1.7 EOL, 1.9/2.1 Lifecycle

Freeside version 1.7.x is now End-Of-Life. All users are recommended to upgrade to 1.9 or 2.1.

Freeside version 1.9.x will be supported until Q4 2011.

Freeside version 2.1.x will be supported until Q4 2012.
