I just went through this installation and thought I would edit the page a little but wanted to get approval from all.

In my installation the root user for rt was already in the system. I would like to edit the section about adding this user to reflect that. What version was this user added automatically?

In the section about logging into rt as added root user I would like to add the following: You may also need to add 'root' as a freeside user in order for the web server to allow access. (Be sure to disable after installation!) User:Darsys
