Who needs to file a FCC Form 477 Report?
How to setup Freeside to collect data for the FCC Form 477 Report
1:) Create Report Categories under: Configuration --> Packages --> Package Report Classes
Ex: 1.5 Down 1.5 Upload 2.0 Down 2.0 Upload ADSL SDSL Wi-Fi
2:) Goto: Packages --> Package Definitions
3:) Select the package you wish to categorize
In the section "Optional Report Classes, select all that apply to this package (for example, if you were selling Wi-Fi that was 1.5 Upload & 1.5 Download, you would select Wi-Fi, 1.5Down, 1.5 Upload, and then "Apply Changes"
4:) Get the Report: Reports --> Packages --> FCC Form 477 Packages
5:) Fill in the 1a report options with the correct report classes you have created.
