Enabling the Northbound Interface for Prizm

The Northbound interface on the prizm server must be enabled before provisioning will work.

  • All Programs -> Canopy -> Prizm -> Server Admin Tool.
  • On the first screenthat pops up you will see a checkbox for to enable.
  • Restart the server in the Admin Tool by going to Action -> PrizmEMS -> stop,
  • Then Action -> PrizmEMS -> start
