Removing Customers & Email?

Ok thanks to Ivan and Ron (the Insane one) I think everythink is up and
going  I have added Myself as a customer for testing and some how did it
twice (Imagine That) so could anyone tell me how to remove a customer
also what about the email is it possible or will it be to send the bills
by email does anyone have a script? that they would part with pleas give
me a yell
