Getting a Strange error, any ideas:

I'm using Redhat Linux 5.2
Postgresql(that comes with it)
and I just downloaded all the modules today, so the newest version of all of
them.

Perl version is 5.004_04

I am getting the error:

Error updating customer information

ERROR: pg_atoi: error in "1999-11-01": can't parse "-11-01"

Hit the Back button in your web browser, correct this mistake, and submit
the form again.

When I try to add a customer with a credit card date of 11/99 or 11/1999.

I also tried 11/2000 and 11/00 and got similar errors.
