Auto Disconnection & Billing plans

Hello,
     Can anyone tell me whether freeside have autodisconnection feature
or not. I want my users to automatically disconnect or logoff when their
prepaid-time expires. I have a BayNetworks Versalar 8000 RAC...do i have
to write a script for disconnecting users by telnetting to the RAC or
not??
   Secondly can i make different billing plans in it or not?
