[freeside] REMOTE_HOST problem

I had the same problem. It was because I hadn't successfully run
bin/fs-setup
There were problems because of missing perl modules. Try dumping then
re-creating the database.

1. mysqladmin dump freeside (-ppassword)
2. mysqladmin create freeside
3. bin/fs-setup freeside

That should do it
