[freeside] authorize.net and cybercash

Installing CCLib.pm.authorizenet as CCLib.pm creates a compatibility
layer, allowing Freeside's CyberCash support to be used to process
transactions with Authorize.Net.  CyberCash is not involved in the actual
transaction.
