[freeside] Error when running /usr/bin/freeside-print-batch -v -e -a -d free side

freeside-print-batch has been removed from CVS.  It's still in the Attic
if anyone would like to resurrect it.

Consider browse/cust_pay_batch.cgi ("Browse pending credit card batch")
the functional replacement.
