signup server

I have been configuring the signup server and noticed a couple of things
that I have questions about.  Is there a reason why the only
initial authentication of credit cards online is through
Business::CreditCard instead of a preauth through the Merchant
(ie. Cybercash/Signio)?  If so, would you be interested in a patch to
block malicious or test credit card numbers?  

IEAK:

I found some info on ieak and I need some help on the following config
option.  I need to have ieak specify the Primary and Secondary DNS entries
to the newly created dial-up account.  I found some info on adding DNS
entries is the IEAK spreadsheet but have had no luck.  

Help is always appreciated.
