ICVERIFY requires that you pay them for access to their SDK, and they are
no longer selling or offering the SDK information for any platforms other
than windows.  i.e. if you have a UNIX copy of ICVERIFY, they won't tell
you how to integrate with it at any price.
http://www.cybercash.com/icverify/developer.html still says they have DOS
and UNIX versions, but they won't sell them to you. 

CCVS seems to be a better choice for those who have their heart set on
using phone lines.  http://www.redhat.com/software/ecommerce/ccvs/

1.4.0 has a new Authorize.Net interface, updated for Authorize.Net 3.0,
which is also available outside the context of Freeside as
Business::OnlinePayment::AuthorizeNet on CPAN.
