[freeside] Database Size

PostgreSQL on decent hardware can handle datasets of that size, and you
can farm mod_perl Freeside front-ends without a problem.  You will most
certainly need some PostgreSQL and mod_perl expertise, but that costs a
lot less than Oracle licenses.
