Thank you for the reply.

I do have populated radcheck and radreply tables.
The icradius_mysqlsource config is correctly written.
If if su to freeside from a tty and then try to cd to the directory I get
the same error. I do not get the error if I su to Apache and cd to the
directory (if this helps clarify the problem).
