No.  man freeside-daily, see the `-d' option.

I don't completely understand your question, but I suggest not putting
quantitiy "50" in for "Disk space" unless you have 50 separate items to
provision for that package. 

I don't think a pulldown on the custmer view screen is appropriate; I
think most ISPs would find it confusing to not have all the packages and
services for each customer viewable on the main customer view.
