Customer to Customer Referrals

Where in the Freeside admin do I find a report for each customers' referrals
(dollar amount) based on the 'Flat rate with recurring commission per (any)
active package?'

On the customer screen under 'View this customer's referrals' it only shows
the customer to customer referrals with bill name and package.

If there is no report currently, what table relationships make up the
commissions?
