[freeside] mod_perl nightmare

I have it running on RH8 but I ended up compiling apache 1.3 and mod_perl 1.27 
from source. since I also use the Apache2 installation from RPM and have 
quite some stuff on it I changed the port on the compiled apache 1.3 and I 
can run them both.

Took me way more than 4 times to get the whole thing up, Good Luck :-)
