[freeside] separate iteration of Apache?

You pretty much have the idea.  The point is that you need to run an
interation of apache that has EUID=freeside.  It's possible to do this
with suexec, but that is much harder to accomplish IMHO.  If you're not
using apache on your freeside box for anything else, you can probably just
change the 'User' and 'Group' directives so that apache runs as the
freeside user.  If you're already using apache for something else, then
you need to "run a separate iteration of Apache".
