Do you have any ideas for how you'd like the schema relating RT tickets to
cust_main records to look?  Did you want to try to link to an existing RT
installation and keep track of which tickets beling to which customers in
freeside?  Or do you want to "use RT;" and reimpliment a minimal RT
interface within freeside's interface?
