[freeside] freeside-queue

To upgrade from Freeside-1.4.1beta8 to freeside-1.4.1rc2 all I have to do
is make aspdocs, copy aspdocs over to freeside-asp, and then make
install-perl-modules?  Nothing to change with the database?

One other thing, is there anything to set a users level when logging into
freeside ie - tech (addusers)  bookkeeping - (bill users) - admin (all)?
If not I'll do it, and send you what I did.
