Undefined subroutine?

Hi!
I figured out what the problem was before (a slight
disagreement on how chown should work), and I've moved
forward a little. Now, when I open any of the .cgi
files, I get an error:

 Undefined subroutine
&Apache::ASP::Compiles::__ASP__var_www_perl_aspdocs_config__x::menubar
called at /var/www/perl/aspdocs/config/config-view.cgi
line 1. ,
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0/Apache/ASP.pm line
1491

To my untrained eye, it looks like I either missed a
perl module (double-checked all of them, they've all
been installed), yet another permissions problem
(maybe), or there's another component to all this that
I need.
