[freeside] Install problem

Yep, did the freeside-adduser and freeside-setup using 'gerald' and did
freeside-adduser with 'test' also.

I'll try running it again in case it failed because of hosed up perl
modules (see note about ripping it apart below).

Urk -- I'm at home now and 443 is firewalled on the new box can't test
until I get our firewall guy to open it up. Hmm guess I could make Apache
listen on an oddball port for now while I'm testing.
