[freeside-users] VOIP and rate plan

Hi guys !!

First of all...my config : apache 1.3 / freeside 1.5.7 / freeradius 
1.1.0 / Perl 5.8.4

I always got the same problem with the billing when I try to bill a voip 
package with the application of a rate plan...unfortunately it's doesn't 
work :-(

Anyway, i can see my tickets in my radius database...for instance :

*testvoip* <http://193.253.236.5/freeside/view/svc_acct.cgi?14> 	  
test, voip <http://193.253.236.5/freeside/view/cust_main.cgi?21>

but when i bill it, it doesn't take care of the 10 minutes my customer 
got and it should !!

my package is configured as it follows :

Price plan : VOIP rating by plan of CDR records in an sql radius radacct 
table
Recurring fee frequency : monthly
Setup fee for this package : 10
Base recurring fee for this package : 0
Rate plan : VOIP

And my rate plan is the following :

Region 	Prefix(es) 	Included
minutes 	Charge per
minute 	Granularity
Madrid <http://193.253.236.5/freeside/edit/rate_region.cgi?3> 	+34 1 		$ 	
Paris <http://193.253.236.5/freeside/edit/rate_region.cgi?2> 	+33 1 		$ 	


Would you please help me with this ? I'm a bit lost !!

Are all the informations i've filled correct ?
Is there missing something in my radius table ? I mean..are my voip 
tickets correct ?

Something sure and that works GREAT is the internet plan with duration 
and data. that's why i think about a voip ticket format problem !
