[freeside-users] Importing & De-crypting Legacy data - account names and passwords

Hello,

How can I import lagacy data and de-crypt the user passwords for the svc_acct table as I do the importation? 
Can I use svc_acct.import and the radius 'users' file? Please help me. I appreciated a lot your kindness for spending time on my problem...
