[freeside-users] VOIP Services and Billing

Hi all,
 
I was wondering if anyone has setup VOIP services using freeside for
billing.
 
I am interested in which Service Definition you have used to setup the VOIP
service.
 
Which version of freeside are you using?
 
Where do you store the phone number in the service to rate CDRs.
 
What is the process to load, rate, and bill CDRs?
 
Is there anything special to rate and bill 800 numbers, as the charges are
based on the originating number?
 
I have searched the docs and the list, but I haven't seen any information on
this.
