[freeside-users] Account import issues

I am trying to import data from csv into freeside, however I cannot
get passed this error

Expired card (error code expired_card)

I have left the payinfo and paycvv fields blank as suggested here on
the list, however this is STILL not working.

only 20% of our customers used credit card billing, how can I get passed this?

Also has anyone developed an import script from optigold yet?
If not what would be the charge to do so?
