[freeside-users] Having an installation problem

Or you can delete the "ticket_system" file from your configuration 
directory (/usr/local/etc/freeside/conf.<datasrc>/) to turn off RT.  The 
default configuration does have it turned on, but it isn't (yet?) 
required.
