[freeside-users] Having an installation problem

Thanks a lot Ivan.
I didn't know that and don't need RT on my system. The only way I found to
make freeside work was to install it anyway.

Or you can delete the "ticket_system" file from your configuration directory
(/usr/local/etc/freeside/conf.<datasrc>/) to turn off RT.  The default
configuration does have it turned on, but it isn't (yet?) required.
