[freeside-users] Self service install

Hello all.....

I followed the instructions as per

Howerver when i go to the signup.html page i see the embedded perl code 
like the below
<%= $agent || 'ISP' %> Signup form

Did i forget to install something?
I am running the self service on Apache 2.x on a Debian system, and it 
is on a public webs erver  not on the same back end server.
