Freeside just checks the password configured for the user on the billing 
server, so if you put their POP3 password in there, it should work.

Alternately, you could hack FS/FS/ClientAPI/passwd.pm or check_password 
in FS/FS/svc_acct.pm if you don't want to keep Freeside's copy of the 
password up to date with your cable and hosting systems.
