Thanks - will take a look there. It's been going on a while for this
account, so not sure what precipitated the issue. While we have had to
correct some items in the DB, I don't recall that we adjusted anything
with this particular customer at any point.

bad invnum in cust_bill_pay?  presumably caused by manual DB
manipulation. 

if you can cause the code to leave things in this state details would be

appreciated.

next time post your freeside  version number and database backend.
