[freeside-users] No RT Configured

[Madalitso Mzandu]

Would appreciate any help on this one, been stuck for weeks.

When I try to add an export I get
FS::TicketSystem::FS::TicketSystem::queues called, but no ticket system
configured.

This is a new installation and the 'ticket_system' parameter has been
deleted from the conf table.
