[freeside-users] FS-4.0 CENTOS 6.7

Testing 4.0 on CentOS 6.7. If anyone has managed to get it working please
help.

New Install has empty access_group,access_rights and access_usergroup.
Upgrade from 3.9 gives "bad cookie" when I login with apache log:

 bad session 3t16KCwxrnFkJPnLcSR2F19Ypp/0XhtqR4M4w5tY from 10.1.8.2
