Summary

Northern 911 is a 911 provider which has an XML API which can be used to automate e911 information from the Freeside billing platform

Install

  • Download and install the Northerne911 perl module
  • In Freeside, configure an export using the northern_911 export
    • Required fields: Northern 911 vendor code and API passcode
  • Link a service to the newly created export
